How To Contribute

Maine Reads long-term financial stability depends on contributions by foundations, corporations and individuals.

Foundations

Maine Reads is grateful for the support of its many contributors including FairPoint Communications, the Stephen & Tabitha King Foundation, the Sam L. Cohen Foundation, the Sunshine Lady Foundation, Inc, the Davis Family Foundation, Maine Humanities Council, Maine Community Foundation, and the Margaret Burnham Charitable Trust. We encourage you to consider making a tax-deductible gift to Maine Reads.

Corporate Sponsors

Sponsorships are also available, offering the opportunity to see your corporate identity and logo featured at special events like the Maine Festival of the Book and in the almost 20,000 books distributed annually through Read With ME.. Our literacy programs insure stronger communities and enrich the lives of individuals statewide. Corporate Sponsors

Individuals

Contributions made by individuals are especially important for the long-term health of the organization. If you want to support literacy in Maine and appreciate the programs of Maine Reads, your tax-deductible donation will go far. We are happy to work with you, whether it is an annual donation, or a planned gift or bequest.
